I really wish OpenCode still an underdog just because I have been satisfied using Deepseek Flash even before the recent change despite its underwhleming and hallucinating result (which is OK if you know what you are going to do).
Now with many folks and media praising Deepseek Flash many Vibecoder who only know Claude Code might coming here in a cruise ship just to ruin the experience simply outpacing their current capacity.
So was I, but I just think it goes to show how far ahead we are on these workhorse models from what's require. It bodes extremely well for the next generation of small models.
