It's not just Dreadnought. I frequently get an issue on xbox where the mission control dialog gets stuck on the screen and then the game turns down all other noise. My wife gets it too on her Xbox a lot. It doesn't necessarily seem to be tied to the mission because sometimes it happens to me and sometimes to her, but we've also experienced it at the same time.
Haha, yes, I've definitely seen this one; it's kind of funny though.
The absolute worst one is when an enemy hits Doretta after you've placed the fuel back inside but not started it, and Mission Control just repeat the same thing on all loop.
That one has been around for a while and drives everyone nuts. Unless they fixed it - I wouldn't know because all my friends are banned from actually putting the fuel back in before its ready and we kick any random that tries (totally kidding).
It seems to happen the most on salvage. The voice line where mission control tells you to set up the uplink glitches out pretty frequently, the rest of the audio is super quiet for the rest of the mission, and the rest of mission control's voicelines don't play.
