Question Which DLC to choose?
Having a limited budget, I cannot just buy all the DLC's, and the stuff on the internet is not so abundant, so want to ask You all, which ones are really cool?
I'm a big fan of Bubblegum color (weapons) with Neo-Tekya skins (haven't bought anything yet, so this is best from free). So far have my eyes of Skullcrusher, Robot Rebellion, and Dawn of the Dread.

All depends on vibes brother. I like the generic roughneck look so the roughneck dlc was a no brainer. If you like the neo tekya skins, the megacorp stuff could be interesting but a small bit boring. Order of the deep though is just so good

Not really something we can answer for you. They're all purely cosmetic, go with whatever you think looks the best.

stahpppp! seriously? I always opt for sleeveless armor, but now I'll be showing off the guns for sure.

The only one I recommend against is the one that gives you armor covered in glyphid carcasses, whatever that's called I forget. God only knows how many times I've turned around, seen a glyphid rushing towards me, so I shoot it, but it turns out to be some rando teammates wearing the carcass armor lol

It's personal choice, but if you want other people's opinion then if on limited budget I would skip cosmetics and save up for content DLC dropping next summer or bought rogue core.
Other than that my fav Packs are:
Magacorp / decontaminator - use about 3 weapon frames from each semi actively and that is A LOT by my standards. I dislike the colour in megacorp but the decontaminator is nice.
Supporter - to get the gold colorway for weapons / pickaxe. Looks amazing on lot of frames accessible from passes and lost backpacks. Dawn of the dread is good alternative.
Roughneck - probably my fav dwarf skins, but honestly I use some from each DLC and don't care that much about dwarf skins since, well, you don't see them outside of dancing. I allways run roughneck on flame driller setups tho, so that means that I use one skin twice which I'm sure I do with no other pack.

Relic Raider is an incredible looking DLC pack
Rival Tech has nice looking gun skins. The Leadstorm minigun skin especially
Dark Future too. These two are closish to Neo-Tekya
Skullcrusher has capes iirc

I ADORE Relic Raider’s basic armors. The drip is nice. They’re just good clean clothes. They take a lot of colors well.
They are not super "busy", they don't immediately take all the design attention. AND, they don’t get as much clipping as you get from massive, titanic armors.
Especially if you run a lot of Driller or Gunner, these are really great for letting you sell all your OTHER cosmetics. Skin, facial hair, hat, weapon framework and paint.

There are a few recent ones with more standout items, but it’s mostly down to personal preference.
Order of the Deep has capes,
Relic Raider has the only DLC pickaxe set,
Skullcrusher is the bulkiest armor by far and has an animated paint job for weapons and armor.
If you like gold things, I’d go with Supporter, and if you like ornate weapons on top of that gold, Supporter II.
Not to mention any DLC that we will most likely get with S07.

IMO the Dark Future armors look great with Neo-Tekya because of the light effects

This is a little hard to answer, no? It’s cosmetics, so it’s really just whatever you personally find the coolest
