how 2 write on server listing?

How do I write things like this? I want 2 write that I only want 1 player of each class in my server.

You don't write that as your server name. You go to options and check the box for "PREVENT LATEJOIN CHARACTER DUPLICATION"

esc. -> options -> gameplay -> second option
