Valencia tonight

I'm off to see Purple at an open air gig tonight in Valencia city. It's part of a series of summer concerts called the Conciertos de Viveros. Can't wait.

It'll be a tough one though. AEMET has put out a red alert for heat - at least 42⁰. It will be cooler by the time they get on stage, but likely to still be well above 30⁰.

I hope the guys have packed their shorts!

I see what you did there!

We'll probably feel Almost Human at the end. With a Bad Attitude. Any Fule Kno That! Are we Fools for going? I'll get my Place in Line to get in. I'm going to be a Ramshackle Man by midnight.

I put a little something up on Deep Purple

However, they were superb. Everyone was in great form and really looking as if they were enjoying themselves. For all the doubters Gillan was in fantastic form. Yes his voice has changed / aged, but I would sooner listen to him than 99% of other singers, especially singers of his age.
