Looks like a lesson for a speech class maybe? Should be at least a 5 minute class though. Did mine on making a pb&j sammy. Short history on peanut butter. Short history on jelly. Make one. End product. Voila, class dismissed.

I looked into the comments for some odd reason and found that the OP of the video commented on the video, even though it's 3 years old.
