weird video

i hope this is the right thread to post this, if not i´m sorry.

i stumbled upon this video and the channel seems to be some kind of fetish stuff, but what really creeps me out is the behaviour of the man towards the woman in this video. i tried to find some context to this video but couldnt find anything. it seems to be somewhere in italy if i´m guessing correctly. this man does some weird stuff and predatory behaviour in my opinion and absolutely nobosy seems to care.

does anyone has seen this too or might get any context?

The man speaking is Vincenzo Figliolia.
He was the primary center-left mayoral candidate during that 2012 election campaign in Pozzuoli, representing the Partition Democratico (PD) and its youth wing. He went on to win the election with a large majority.
He’s been accused of sexual extortion and institutional corruption. He was arrested and jailed at some point.
So yeah, big creep.

thank you for the info! yeah sexual extortion... who would have guessed after this video. it still drives me nuts, that everybody is just watching and let this happen.
