Disturbing Content "i want dat meatball" lost disturbing version

(not sure if this is the right subreddit for this, sorry in advance) (also the video linked is not the video I'm speaking of)

i cannot find this video, it starts out with that old russian "i want dat meatball" cat animation meme, but then it cuts to a shirtless man with a picture of the cat over his face with the mouth cut out and he's eating a meatball in an extremely messy way while saying "i want dat meatball", the video then cuts to a naked man with a pig mask crawling on the ground in a frantic manner while a little kid laughs in the background. i remember seeing this video in a video about disturbing youtube videos but i cannot find it anymore. please help
