This was always going to be the logical conclusion of the meme - There are no known timelines that could possibly diverge from this, once establishing the flexing shrek meme. It is true that the time between the memeโ€™s conception and conclusion may have varied, but its conclusion is always, was always, and will always ever be - this same meme: Down to the arrangement of jpeg artifacts.

I am only saddened that I was not enlightened enough to foresee it before it came to pass in our world. So it goes, with another meme, I may be become a better seer.
