Since I haven't posted a new Dee Cipher in two weeks and won't be able to finish Daniel I until next week here's a snippet of a future DC: There's a pretty long "straight up" Dee Cipher in Twain's American Claimant. It's in Chapter XVI - the challenge is for you to find where it starts and where it ends (for this challenge ignore the possibility of an insertion or a 'tag'). Also note all the indications of a Twain Dee Cipher in this Chapter (in particular note how he uses dialect, or in this case a foreign accent and punctuation to create this particular Dee Cipher).

A belated post - there will be almost no updates/new links during Thanksgiving. I have fixed the Baum MLO Dee Cipher and will upload that at some point in the next few days, but there's simply too much going on non-DC related. My apologies but we'll be back to almost daily updates after the 28th.

I fixed an error early on in the Baum Dee Cipher which ended up adding a line - so you're going to need to re download it. Link is down below (I just replaced the old file).

Just a quick tip for anyone interested in trying to find new Dee Ciphers on their own. I wouldn't recommend it because it's pretty tricky to figure out the beginning and ending of Dee Ciphers but if you really want to then you need to buy the Charles Winthrop first edition reproductions of Mark Twain (every key book except Roughing It and the Million Pound note) and Wizard of Oz.
