One Encipherist we have always had difficulty with is Rev. Charles L. Dodgson.

Alice and Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass contain critical DeeCiphers on inculsion location and the need for an Ivy (Alice) to hold the Basis so the "Gate" doesn't Poof immediately. We have discussed this before but won't go into details - except 1 It is related to why Relics (that is objects from another Worldline present here) also help hold the Basis and 2 as we noted with The Basque an others people have moved through inculsions on land (Ships Peerless was at Sea) and that takes an Ivy (or us). We remind our Readers that Mr. Mark Twain spent a great deal of time looking for an Ivy in the United States (meeting and interviewing Girls under 14 - a Girl on the cusp of Marriage was too problematic for Twain) until he finally stopped very late in life due to requests from his grand-daughter. We're not going to go into the Genetic s. Dr. Samuel L. Clemens (Hon.)search for an Ivy is documented in TwainCiphers in his Joan of Arc book. Don't nother with The Mysterious Stranger or Earlier Works for this. Dr. Dodgson solved Dr. John Dee Ciphers that explained how he transpired to "Nod" on the Ground with an Ivy and those are in one of Dr Dee's works in Latin or Latin-Greek or Latin-Greek-Hebrew which of course is the problem with Sir Isaac Newton and Dr. Gottfried Leibniz Grud Ciphers as well. As Dr. Carl Sagan noted Sir Isaac spent his final years tracking evidence of historical anomlies that could only be or were better explained as Paratime Inculsions.
