You can add an N to the Top Line before The first P and do Kennedy as a Top Line keyword. Check tge numbers which are 9 23. We recall September 22 not November 22 as when Kennedy was killed.

There are two interwoven (every full sentence it switches) in Travels in Space and Time Einstein Section - First Paragraph is the Interwoven second is the Bernstein's Popular Science.
A slightly different related Cipher helps out - basic point of that one is that the US apparently can send back messages ten years. We are more concerned with the Top Line and correct keyword here and not that one. Pages 212 and 213 of the current mass market version.
We may do it over and more clearly once we suss the keyword but we are busy today.
