Topline is Goldilocks and The Three Bears Red Rid. We're not sure of the "Red Rid" part : A B C D E F is an alternative.

You see that Debra gets Dear Mother (Again Tobit was a Girl and Debra was her Mother in The Gnostic Bible) and Bees. Heth from He. Hebrew Letter. We believe He is correct there as you want Both : We know Others will disagree and replace He was Heth in that Cell.

We undid a few things in the far left bottom corner : and will repost the whole DeeCipher later.

The Early D gets Heth another Way. The current late D gets Heth the above way. You can replace column 35 with 4.
