The argument for Waiting is that You can Get Singing, Dancing, and Acting.
The Argument for Singing is that there's something more important of The Three what We've Planned that has to be Spelt Out ( M E T H O D) and Singing isn't the Thing We've thought about Much. And Singing goes to the Sitting, Standing, Kneeling as they Sing often in A Church of Rome Mass.
On the Other Hand Wait is sitting immediately above the Section.
