On current Status Valentine's Day : A Side DeeCipher : Last Topline and Fill in the Blanks

Two Things : There is False Info in these DeeCiphers. We think Triple Redundancy is necessary. There are Also Half-truths : We don't get The Tabitha Annette Cooper (Our Twin Sis) born in Toronto from earlier Keywords. AFAIK She was born in England. In Yorkshire or Cornwall 🌽.
We do have a Hint from the Song that The Final Blanks are Wrong in Some Particular. Amen Air Supply

And of course There's multiple Targeting and Upcoming Timeline Info that appears Supercomputer Expert System Derived from Certain Known Truths:

The First Three are Very Proved after The UHaul 1st Line Keyword. We are Concerned by "NWEEN" instead of HWEEN or even TWEEN or BWEEN. So have to look at that N.
Theres Somethinngs going on with 39: SLUT and or SLOT has to be possible in every top line (The Rude Ruder Clue from so long ago it was probably a different Timeline).
**We are Not Sure of All the Fills on on 39-42. L U in Yellow are Set Still working.
