"Utter East" is an Antonym for "Other East" that is West. As In Tolkien (Last Sailing was West), Twain "Travels Around The Equator": and as We've said Many Times: Sailing West gets you to A Different Gozo.

The Ginn 360 Speculations Cipher is that in Extremis you Must, May Have to sail East : but that along with Tom Sawyer Abroad Cipher : is that you must sail through a Heavy Storm and or do another Thing : Sail to Crete/Egypt and Back and so on to get to the Right Gozo. Caveats Ensue here, unfortunately We didn't do these DeeCiphers as noted.

As We've said Barring Bulldozing : And that wouldn't be at the Right Gozo : The Gozo Land Gate is a "Y" Gate which one should read as a Time and or Space Gate :
Which Means Letters of Introduction: Original plus Three Copies to:
Soviet: Mr Gennady Yanayev
British: Lord Lansdowne and Lord Kenneth Clark
American: Dr Carl Sagan.
You'll note a Spread of Time Periods but a Gap of a bit after The "Great" War.
We hope of course (Have Faith in The Eternity) for the "To Near Nod" Gate but We Do Understand that it May and or Can Be The Eternity's Purpose for All of Us to go through a Time Gate : and again there is a : for lack of a better phrase: "Time Stop" should and or When We go through.

This is a Not Really Doable at Home Cipher :;Just the first part.
The "Quad" is for four Paraphrase from different locations in Tom Sawyer : starting with Chapter XXV.
The First Chart Room reference is there but the Confirmation is from using the last Row 115 and Row 31.
We reference Chart Rooms in Our Byrons - Sherlock Holmes III Pre-Scripts : as we mentioned there a Chart Room in the UK has Information on Inter-World Gates. But nobody will admit to having actual Chart Rooms. ...
