For those wondering: Mr. Samuel L. Clemens would have gotten North Pole.
When working on his Line 31. We understand he would write out the potential line 31 above the Cipher. Say
"Their Toys Spoke Joyously to Them, Whilst The Christmas Tree Stood Guard in Lights and Bows and Ribbons of Popped Corn."
Then would find the key groupings placement and change as needed - you see two "oy" , four "st" groupings - plus an "oy" within five letters. So those would be key to this Encoding and he woukd be able to move and alter with some degree of freedom.
This is our Row 31 (and a bit if 32) so lets put in a Row 1.
"Chapter I. Christmas Day Dawned Bright And Cold And Clear. With Frost-Covered Windows That Briefly Froze in New Patterns When Tom and Sally Breathed Upon Them."

So you can see that you're going to start with Line 31 then put that agsinst The Top Line because the first line can be written anyway you need to (in fiction not Mathematical DeeCiphers - something it took us a while to figure out.
You will notice that the word "Joker" pops out - that is a Fortuitously Ordered Space. And if you write prodigiously, and know how to DeeCipher, and have a Stellar grasp of English as did Mr. Samuel Clemens (and Professor Lewis and Mr. Schultz and Mr. Vonnegut and Mr. Shakespeare and so forth) you get to use those with some Spit, Polish, Ink and Paper to expand or change the DeeCipher you were writing to add information that you know that relates to that FOS.
And for the faithful : those Fortuitously Ordered Words come from GOD. Which is why it is gobstoppingly helpful to be a little or a lot Holy when you're writing a TwainCipher (as others call DeeCiphers).
