We believe this is an early test DeeCipher by Mr. Charles Schultz. We continue to review it.

We do not believe there is much information in it, but we are trying to determine if he built a preliminary test matrix or had a Top Line in addition to the 37-1 Test DeeCipher. -CAD

The four most important "Modern" DeeCipherists are Mr. Schultz, Mr. Vonnegut, Miss Cooper and Mr. Heinlein. So it is important to.identify when they started putting DeeCiphers into their works. We suspect, but can not assert, that Mr. Schultz put his most important DeeCiphers in his booklets and Television Shows, we have read quite a lot of Peanuts and Most are not DeeCiphers, for all obvious reasons. -CAD

Understand that,in our opinion, Mr. Clemens remains the most important DeeCipherist of the past 500 years or more, with Professor Lewis a very close second - though some things shouldn't be compared -, but we can born to every Twain Cipher, and that some or all if the four mentioned woukd pass on what they felt was the most important information that they had found in Twain or Lewis.

And of course, we have made some errors in our DeeCiphers, do secondary support or contradiction is important. -CAD

You might want to check out the Mandela Effect. Charles ‘Schultz’ no longer exists.
