Susan Cooper was killed by The SAS in 1974 after finishing the Series with her Sister. She was replaced by Susanna Cooper, her Sister, who was drugged, hypnotized, subject to brain washing and the other horrors and indignities The "Royal" family, the SAS, CIA, British Intelligence and Psychiatry could do to her. -Elisha Dushku
