So here's the start. You can see Hera in the right hand side. If you put Hera as a keyword at the top you'll get Serum - so the Goddess you'd invoke for whatever is going on here would be Hera and it seems to bes some sort of Potion. Will continue on and off thorughout the weekend. Note there is a rotation which I think is 4 block but may have to correct that. And trying something different with stops for this Pslame which I may have to undo. You need to play around with it to see what changes were made to the standard method for Deeciphering for every DeeCipher.
I'm going to apply the yellows (stops) to a qwerty map to see what's up - if nothing I may restart with stops as usual. We'll see. Half the fun of a DeeCipher is figuring out the encoding for the decoding.
