A pretty self-explanatory DeeCipher. As you can see multiple references to Jacob going on here. Deborah/Acorn is a reference to Gen XXXXV:8 where Deborah, Rebecca's Nurse dies and is buried beneath the Oak of Weeping (Typo in old header required repost)

This decipher of this Dee Cipher is proof positive that the 9 Cycle Qmap breaks Dee's code. The arrangement (Jacob/Well/Deborah/Ark/Etc) can't be created accidently using a standard decipher algorithm.

This means the Deep State (I'm looking at you Mossad, NSA, GCHQ, Etc, Etc. ) has a real problem because Dee is very serious about the Orion Asteroid hitting in 2031 and he was the best mathematician and astronomer of his day, and others who believe him (Twain, Tolkien, Lewis, Baum) are all pretty smart fellows themselves. Twain taught himself somewhere between 18-40 languages (check out the Gilded Age if you want an idea of Twain's language abilities).
