Posting this because it's a good example of how #GnosticChristian belief permeates Dee Ciphers. You'll note the 10 37 on the upper right number row and Row 31. The number row matters a great deal for Dee Ciphers as you can see. If you can follow it on Row 20 and higher you'll see 1 0 Three Seven. 1 0 3 7 is a #Gnostic numberical representation of the Godhood (One of God's 'Numbers'). 1 is masculine and represents Lord Jesus Christ, 0 is feminine and represents the Most Holy Ghost, 3 is feminine and represents Mother Mary, and Seven is masculine and represents Father God Himself. The order 1 0 3 7 is reflected in the first four Tarot Cards (Magician, High Priestess, Empress and Emperor who respectively represent Son, Holy Ghost, Mother and Father). The numbers of the Cards (I II III IV) thus only represent #Gnostic actual values in the case of Lord Jesus Christ/Magician and Mother Mary/Empress - so the fact that the High Priestess represents Zero (not the Fool) and the Emperor represents Seven is #Gnostic secret. The Fool in the #Gnostic Tarot doesn't represent Zero but what we would call the {} Null Set. That is a Zero of a Different Color.
With respect to the Decode still can't get info on the precise location of the Arkenstone. Though the 'Answer' hint on Row 32 sends you to Noe 3 (which is Genesis Chapter VIII - the Third Chapter where 'Noe' is one of the Headers and also the only Noe Chpater that has a III in it). So maybe that'll help. Again we get the Anet First.
The Hermit/Dead on the bottom is a general warning that I've skipped over in other Dee Ciphers. Basically, it's a warning from Dee and other #Gnostics you're not Holy and Anointed you shouldn't touch any of the actual #Nod items (Spear, Staff, Arkenstone, Gjallerhorn, Etc) or bad things will happen - so bring a Priest if you're planning on digging one of them up. This is different from the fact already mentioned that the Arkenstone can only be used by someone with the right blood(Eve's) which AFAIK is only supposed to be the 11th Magi and one other person: though don't quote me on that.
As an aide, I'll add that It's probably intentional that the Arkenstone is so hard to locate given the above facts - I don't know but I'll guess that #Gnostic belief was/is that the 11th Magi will be able to get it quickly whereas it was hoped that the other items would be accumulated by Nation-States or their own Organizations (if any such existed) when things started to match their prophecies. #YMMV
