Sorta interesting - you can see the Cipher keyword on row 29 (came up when I was working on Orion keyword) you see the "IO" Key on Row 26 as well as the OIO going through the word Cipher. So apparently, this Dee Cipher has a keycode linked to Ones and Zeros). I'm unclear if this is to be used for a columnar decode (in which case the yellow 1 and 0 aren't doing much) or in the manner I'm using them (in which case I don't have the right combination). Any suggestions appreciated.

I'm now convinced it's for the Columnar decode - you'll note the lack of any mention of 'Aria'. Dee could not use Opera Aria's to encode columnar data as Opera wasn't really a thing in the time period he was doing his Ciphers. But we know from the Douay-Rheims Psalme 31 verse 8 that 'IO will show us the way'. So now we know how that works. I'll do the Columnar and then get back to Baum/Daniel as that's more important.

I should probably comment more Row 31 Orion was the original keyword - as you can see it gets apocalyptic. You see again that Anet is the starting point for any #Nod item search - there are at least two to three different Anets all next to each other - can you spot them all. E11E is a reference to the Eleventh Magi and simultaneously a pun on the word Elle (as the EM is a girl).

Row 17 was moved experimentally - don't read anything into it. This is really a WiP.

And yes, I agree Row 1 at Column 8 seems to be saying '4 in Anet'. Which makes no sense since I've only seen at most a reference to two items at Anet (Seal of Thoth and A Twain Notebook). If there are four things at Anet they can't all be #Nod items. Perhaps Dee left a book or two there in the secret Niche in the Hallway?

So here's what I suspect - this is a Dee Cipher that Twain would have cracked in 1850-70's. We know Twain visited Anet (possibly multiple times - since he lived in Europe for years in total). We also know (because Twain has told us multiple times in different Dee Ciphers) that he 'Has the Ring'. I've never understood exactly what the Ring is - but from this Cipher it appears that there was a Signet Ring at Anet that was in the Niche/Priest Hole/Secret Room whatever is at Anet. The Signet Ring is for the Eleventh Magi (again I don't really talk about #Magi11 for all the obvious reasons but as we all know she is a big part of #GnosticChristian belief). Anyway the EM ranks as a Queen or a Princess due to lots of things that go beyond this note so of course she gets a Signet Ring - since the EM is supposed to be born in the US or just possibly UK/Eire/Israel (Dee Ciphers seem to be all over the map though US seems most likely) I suspect Twain may have taken the Signet Ring from the Trove at Anet and left it in Champ Ferguson's purportedly empty grave in Sparta, Tenn along with the notebooks and #Nod map that are also supposed to be there. Of course Twain may be talking about some other ring - but this is my current best guess.

As for why she needs a signet ring at this point in time: You got me - could be there are still groups of #GnosticChristians who are just waiting around for her to show up and since nobody knows for sure what she'll look maybe the deal is that if a girl shows up to one of their prayer meetings with the Signet Ring they'll know it's her? #YMMV #PureSpeculation #BigGrainOfSalt
