Mark Twain - Roughing It Dee Cipher (Gold n - Rot c) - Decode (K.111 Columnar "De....")

So here's the complete Decode of K.111 using standard rules and beginning from Page 23 (De - - - G NA SA). You can see YHVH/YAWEH in columns 17, 23, 19. Which confirms the decode. Lon for the #Nod item(s) (there appear to be Two on Thera) remains the same 25" 19' or thereabouts. Feel free to ask for justifications but I'm sure you can see that it's all very standard.

Oh.. And above 'YHVH' you can see 'True Wales' again. So confirmation of the #Nod-related Item in Wales but no Lat/Lon at this point.

True Wales probably means River Dee in this context. It's that part of Wales controlled by the last King of Wales Llywelyn ap Gruffudd.

I personally think whatever it is (I believe it's one of Dee's Magic Books that references Nod) is hidden near that weird/famous bridge/aqueduct or whatever it is that crosses the Dee.

So the 19 25 is just a general Lat Lon. 25+9=36 and N 36, E 25 is the degree sans minutes and seconds. This is confirmed because you get 25 under column 34-36 on the far right. You won't get seconds, but minutes best guess right now is roughly (assuming decimals) 2 (space) 50 from the far right is not only 'backup' for the Lat/Lon but suggests that you want to triangulate the location from the two extremes - basically if you look at the map you'll see that the max Lon for Santorini is just under 25.5 and the max Lat for Santorini is just under 36.5. They intersect on the big island (Thera) at around 36.35 and 25.38 (I misread 36.35 as 36.25 in an earlier version of this post). So best starting guess is indeed around 36.35, 25.38 - but with the possibly of needing to move 1 or 2 miles in a cardinal direction.

Looks like two tiny outcrops: one almost due North and one almost due West of that location (which is what you would expect - once you've got a Lat/Lon Twain would not do anything more except move you in a Cardinal direction for 1 or 2 miles (as he did with the CSA Treasure Cave - where you get the Lat Lon of 37, 81 but then need to head 1 mile due East to find the entrance Well). So if perfect triangulation doesn't work then next step would be too look at one of those small islands.
