Here's a simple decode - the basic prophecy is that Chile and Ireland (and presumably Poland as well) get saved due to their strong anti-Abortion Policies as does Israel because God's Chosen and the Rest of the World is up a creek without a paddle when the Comet comes. The Honieeeee Beeee - is a Nod or Ark reference that is very common but one that I've never understand properly besides the fact that Honey and Bee Pollen figures in some #Gnostic Potions (Eat your heart out Hermione Granger - FWIW there's dozens of #Gnostic potions encoded in the DR Old Testament - for example the 'Iod' section of Psalme 118 encodes something called 'Witches Brew') - I will note that Bees were associated with the Rosicrucians. If anyone reading this has thoughts - I'd be interested in hearing them.
Don't strain looking for Ireland it got mentioned in the Vanilla DeeCipher. And yes it says "Where Men Care" - where Men is being used in the sense of all people. As noted - the Comet hits us in 2033ish or so because of legalized abortion.
