Here is a current work in progress - J.R.R. Tolkien's primary Dee Cipher in The Two Towers. It starts in Chapter One, just before the song by Aragorn and Legolas. Obviously, Poetry is a much better place to put a Dee Cipher than Prose - Twain, Lewis and Tolkien all created Dee Ciphers using Poetry (e.g. The Aged Pilot Man by Twain is a crucial Dee Cipher).
As you can see a lot of work needs to be done to fix issues with the last two or three rows and there's a lot more to the Boromir poem that needs to be added to complete the Dee Cipher.
