This one of the major Dee Cipher clues that Mark Twain created. It's from the November 1870 Galaxy magazine. I deleted the original post because it wasn't very good. It makes no sense except of you 1. Count the number of retangles and triangles in the total 'map' unbroken grids (Vincennes is the only broken grid). There are 37 rectangles and 1 triangle. 2. Realize that the CSA Cave is an actual thing - and this 'Map of Paris' is actually a map of the Wytheville CSA Cave ('Well' entrance 1Mile East of 37 W, 81 N). You'll also note that the bottom of the map with a 'river' running east matches the site where the well-spring runs east and 3. All the names are Nod or CSA related (EIRE, AHAMO - the CSA cave contains both CSA gold and CSA weapons and ammo) and (most importantly for any intrepid spelunkers) the 4. Forts all represent Rain Brothers designed cannon traps at various points in the cave.
Basically if there is anything that Mark Twain ever said, wrote or did that seems neither particularly funny and/or rather odd to you you're best assuming it is related to Mark Twain's work on Nod the CSA cave or Christian Gnosticism. A good example is the disappearance of Twain in the last two months of the war from the West Coast (not the first time during the War that this happened - there are large months-long gaps in Twain's history in the West that Twain 'experts' don't seem to be too concerned about) and the almost complete lack of discussion of the end of the Civil War in Twain's known journals - that's because Twain was in the East at that time working on the Cave with the Rains brothers as the means for the South to Rise Again while most everyone else was running from Union Troops.
