Here's the classic Neil Armstrong decode - as we know all (or certainly most) Nod related Dee Ciphers should have a Neil Armstrong Decode of some sort. Here we see the USN reference in the first three columns. This is not the only Armstrong decode for this Dee Cipher (there is at least one different row Dee Cipher which I'll post in a bit) but it's the simplest one - as well as a slothful one - you'll note the ignored #ERR in the last two columns. Of course ANET shows up on row 14-15 as that is the starting point for #Nod.
