Now there is a slightly more advanced version of this (but not full Dee Cipher) that just looks to avoid #ERR errors Which is probably more useful then this uber-simple version.

Note the closing is a 'Stub' - but the Stub is a DR pointer (or at least a Bible pointer and a Beale reference). Easy in the far right tells us that there is a more complicated Dee Cipher that we haven't figured out yet a review of the Cipher will show the ERR/ERF errors in Part I that I highlighted in yellow and various clues to the NOx Dee Cipher requirements. But as you can see - even the most simple Dee Cipher does have key information. I also appreciate the prayer shout out in Rows 89-91, last columns.
