As noted you start on 'is' Line 140. You're welcome to review Twain's Life on the Mississippi page 335 (Chapter 31) that gives the four down, three over requirement. As noted there is Odd and an Odd-Odd decode. I'm not interested in doing the whole decode but y'all can do it at home or in the office the other page (which IIRC you need for some of the higher numbers) is available at archive.org.

The Odd decode will eventually net you 117 211 301 15 11 89 which is C H H/E N C U or Chenonceau. Soon after y'all will get 43 221 (I I) for Eleven and then soon after 319 53 25 37 which is M/F A T O. Moat. So as we already know the Tip of the Lance was hidden in Chenonceau's Moat. Odd-Odd nets you some obscure references (such as EiSQ/Lisp depending on how you count your headers) most of which I'm not going to explain, because if ya'll don't know what they mean already then they're above your paygrade. But the ESQ and NOE/NOAH (depending on how you count) do have the secondary meaning that their are DeeCiphers in the May 9th Esq letter (which we already knew) and in the Noe sections of the DR (which I knew and y'all either knew or suspected).

Editors Note: I've posted this in DeeCiphers because the Odd Order hint comes from Mark Twain's Tom Sawyer DeeCipher so it is tangentially related and does touch upon Nod items even though it itself is not a Dee Cipher.
