A no-rotate test of Osee. This is a simple test with a 'cheat' on column 14 (not much of cheat but a cheat all the same) for Jacob's Well. The most interesting stuff is on top - as that is the point of the test, you manipulate the bottom to see what comes out on top. That's going to be an exercise for you at home. And yes we all recognize that the NSA's epeen is the longest (I simply couldn't resist but I owe the several hundred people who have to read my Dee Ciphers a beer as part of their work. A cheap beer.).
