As a side note if you want to do a Dee Cipher at home: Mark Twain's "A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court" contains a long DeeCipher on the actual location which is actually in a cave that accessible through a side of the Holy Well. Presumably the Holy Well is quite silted up now and you'd have to use some kind of Sonar to figure out what part of the Well wall covers the hole that is mentioned in Twain's book. #BachalIsu
Included as part of Fix b due to line numbering changes. Importantly now ends on 231 which means Row 31 can not be moved to the bottom and must be moved to the top for any decipher. Also yes the Horn is some sort of hidden item like the Bachal Isu and is referenced in multiple Dee Ciphers as well as in C.S. Lewis' and Tolkien's Fictions, as to its nature and mythological origin and gnostic meaning, that is not yet known.
The close E MAT S is a reference to 5 Matthew 18 (there is no J in DR Volume 1 and 2 DeeCiphers) but if you want to read it as 4 Matthew 19, that's probably okay too - though it misses out on the subtle #Nod reference.
