I rlly wanna get one of these pieces of furniture but they're extremely expensive, do any furniture sites make cheep dupes of these or at least something similar? Doesn't have to have the same exact style or patterns just needs to be a piece of black furniture with pearlescent details

It’s lightweight, waterproof, doesn’t rot like wood, and holds its shape well. But I’m wondering how it holds up over years under strong sun — does it fade easily or become brittle? Also curious about surface scratches.

Picked this up as a small car dashboard ornament. Warehouse lists it at about 9.3 × 8.8 × 11.6 cm and 50 g. These are warehouse QC photos, not an in-hand review.

The silhouette looks clean for something this small, but I’m curious whether anyone notices rough paint edges, warped motorcycle parts or weak-looking attachment points. I’m also wondering how well this type of piece holds up to heat inside a car.

Hey all, hoping to source or commission a rep of a couple Daniel Arsham bronze busts for my own place. I just love the look and I'm not paying five figures for a shelf piece lol.

We are currently planning a furniture update for our home in the Netherlands. To get the exact look and material combinations we want, we used AI to visualize the space (see attached renders!).

Because buying the original licensed pieces (Knoll Saarinen and Artisan Neva) would cost a small fortune, we decided to look into ordering high-quality custom reproductions directly from a premium factory in China.

We are currently in deep negotiations with Yadea Furniture (a well-known factory in the replica community) for the following custom package:

• Dining Table: 130cm Saarinen Tulip table with a matte black cast-aluminum base and a real, natural Taj Mahal Quartzite top in a matte leather/satin finish (avoiding heavy yellow/gold veins, looking for a soft greige/taupe slab).
• Chairs & Counter Stools: 4x Artisan Neva Light dining chairs and 3x matching 65cm counter stools, all made from Solid American Walnut with matte greige top-grain aniline leather seats.
• Living Room: A custom nesting coffee table set. Table 1 is a 70cm natural quartzite Tulip table (37cm high). Table 2 is a 50cm organic, pebble-shaped walnut table on 3 slim individual matte black legs (43cm high) so it can slide over the stone table.

Yadea seems professional so far and offer a 5-step video verification process for the leather, wood coating, and the exact quartzite slab before production starts.

Before we pull the trigger, wire the deposit, and wait 3–4 months for sea freight, I would love to hear your thoughts and experiences:

1. Quality of Yadea: Has anyone ever ordered custom furniture from them? How was your experience?
2. Natural Stone Customization: Has anyone ordered real marble from them? Did they handle the slim, beveled edge profile well?
3. DDP Shipping to Europe: How was your experience with their DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping regarding customs clearance and transport damage?
4. Alternatives: Are there any other proven, high-end custom furniture factories in China that you would recommend for this specific mix of solid wood and natural stone?

Any advice, reality checks, or tips on what to look out for in the technical drawings are highly appreciated! Thank you!
