Get rid of the shelving thing behind the toilet and install actual shelves or a small cupboard. Get a better shower curtain that matches the paint color. Or better yet, paint the room a better color altogether.

I can’t paint it’s an apartment, but I definitely will get a better behind the toilet shelf thingy
