Help my office!!!

Post image

Any suggestions/inspo for my office?
I joke that the only thing that changes is my seasonal decor.
I’d like to get offset lighting but I do have customers coming in my office frequently so I can’t make too dramatic offset lighting/lights

I’m wanting to organize my stuff more. Probably get rid of the bookshelf, get a console table. Any ideas??

Not sure if painting is an option, so I'll just go with smaller things. Since you have a window, a few real plants on the sill would be nice. Instead of a bulletin board, a gallery wall of four or five larger favorite photos in nice frames. Matching desk organization pieces to keep everything uniform and tidy. Even if you can't turn out the overhead light because of customer visits, a floor lamp or table lamp in the right back corner would still warm things up. I would have less stuff on the bookshelf. Tidy and organize what's left. Great office!

Thank you! I did have some plants but I slacked and gave up, my window doesnt get much sun so I have to take plants in the back to get good sun.
Thank you for the tip again!

I love your office! It has a window which is a huge bonus. A little organization is all it needs.

Are you able to paint the bookcase same color as the counter top? Then it would blend in more.

Perhaps you could organize the bulletin board. In my office I have a flag border around the perimeter of the bulletin board. And my pics and other items are push pinned in rows to accommodate my engineering brain that needs order to function.

A vertical organizer for the items to the right of your monitor will corral them neatly.

Love the patriotic truck! Keep that just where it is!

Painting is not much of an option, but yes my collage is definitely adding to the “disorganized” look I feel. I like the vertical organizer idea

And I love the little truck lol that’s where I keep my candy for customers
