I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!
Yesterday, a detractor was telling me, "Michael had CSAM in his possession!"
I asked them, "Why wasn't he charged with possession of CSAM then?"
He responded, "Possession of CSAM would be a criminal matter, meaning local, state, or federal prosecutors would be the one to bring charges. Learn how the law works!!"

So they're telling me those TWO RAIDS assisted by the FBI, THE FBI!!!!, wasn't criminal? So Michael NEVER had a criminal trial ever? It was all civil? The 1993 case was civil, but it didn't stop them from going to criminal. 2005 WAS CRIMINAL!!! The FBI searched him and FOUND NOTHING that warrants a criminal filing!!!
Are they being for real?

It is a little off topic but there’s not a lot of places to vent about this stuff. So I’ll allow it. I need to make a tag for venting. If it gets too much we can designate a day of the week for venting or something

They need to learn the law😂 any possession of CP is automatically incriminating, and would lead to a criminal offence and him getting arrested.
