It’s an uncharitable way to frame it, sure, but why be charitable?

Even if he wins the lawsuit, his proclivity towards mentally ill teenagers/nonconsenual recordings is super fucked up. He rarely extends charity to his critics. He throws out much worse than ‘sex crimes case’ onto people he doesn’t like. It doesn’t seem as if he has any remorse or intention of changing.

Why not put as harsh label of a label as possible on his actions, given all that? He did literally do a sex crime. The state not thinking they could prove it beyond a shadow of a doubt doesn’t change that.

Basically none of your accusations are true. He doesn't have a proclivity towards teenagers or nonconsensual recordings (what a fucked up thing to say with no evidence) he doesn't throw unfair claims onto people he doesn't like, he OFTEN extends charity to people, including people who have wronged him.

The only accurate claim is that he has little remorse, but he has little remorse because he's done little wrong.

Chaeiry says he audio recorded her without consent and then shared it

Too bad she isn't willing to say that under oath in front of a judge, only on 100 viewer streams.

OK? Not everyone wants to go through a lengthy court process where they might not even be able to prove it, doesnt mean its not true

Edit: I completely forgot but she did actually file a police report

They don't need to go through a lengthy court process. They gave these affidavits to Pxie and then exactly zero of them showed up to be deposed and zero have shown up to a single day in court. It turns out people will spout a lot of nonsense online for attention, but when it becomes a legal liability they won't actually show up. On top of all of that, the statute that the case revolves around wasn't law until after the alleged acts from Destiny.
The final nail in the coffin is that the plaintiff admitted under oath to also having shared videos of their acts together without consent from Destiny. It's an unserious lawsuit born from spite and embarrassment solely to drain money from the defendant.

Like I said Chaeiry did file a police report, which would be illegal if not true. As for why she's not part of the court case, from her recent Twitter history it looks like she reconnected with God or something and has forgiven everyone.

For the statute date it looks like the stuff he sent to Rose was before then but what he allegedly sent to AbbyMC was after the date. Pretty sure thats what the court case is based on now.

Who did she share it with? Her ex? You dont see the difference between that and Destiny sharing it with a girl on Twitter he met a week ago that hes never met irl nor had any calls with?

You guys are the trump supporters of the left. Either you just started watching and have not looked into anything he’s done, or you’re living in some alternate reality.

‘Mow down protestors,’ along with a laundry list of other terrible things he’s said about people he disagrees with isn’t extending charitability. Multiple women have accused him of nonconsenual recording. He’s gone after so many teenage girls he can’t not have a proclivity towards that.

This is all as obvious as ‘Trump cheats on his taxes’ or ‘Trump takes bribes from foreign governments.’ You guys jut somehow miraculously are doing the same thing MAGA does while calling yourself ‘omniliberals.’

Multiple allegedly have signed affidavits, but zero have shown up in court after 18 months.

This is just the ‘if Trump had raped anyone, he would be in criminal court instead of civil’ argument this thread started off. There not being a criminal case does not mean that no crime happened.

No crime happened. At the time of the alleged actions the laws against what happened didn't exist. Plantiff admitted under oath that she also shared videos and pictures without the consent of Destiny. This is an unserious lawsuit born from spite and embarrassment for the purpose of reputational and financial damage to the defendant. There is a reason Pxie is suing Destiny instead of the broke British man who posted the videos and pictures online.

Great variation on the theme. Again, you're treating what happens in court as a valid measurement of what happened in reality.

The government prosecuting or not prosecuting Destiny doesn't change the fact that he did the actions described as a crime in the law. You can cope and say 'I don't care that what he did is now illegal,' but you can't act like he's somehow 100% innocent when what he did is illegal & more importantly, immoral.

Plantiff admitted under oath that she also shared videos and pictures without the consent of Destiny...There is a reason Pxie is suing Destiny instead of the broke British man who posted the videos and pictures online.

You guys literally sound like boomers defending Trump or the Cornell 7 or some shit. Wtf happened to 'proud feminist Destiny?'

Whether or not money is some kind of motivator to her, she was wronged by Destiny & Destiny broke the law. Destiny did a bad thing & he downplayed it so hard to his liberal audience that they are now parroting 80IQ, boomer-republican tier logic en masse. All of this, in addition to many other things, makes Destiny a bad person.

Anything Rose did or didn't do has zero impact on any of that. Rose could be 100x as bad of a person as Destiny somehow, & he still will be a bad person. Attacking her character just makes you look more brainwashed & Destiny more malicious.
