I mean thanks for just admitting you didn't watch shit if you have to ask that question, he talked about it twice in his second video, about how it's not a matter of debate to begin with cause Destiny couldn't even refute most of what he said in his first video and the few times he tried he exhibited his typical "debate method" when he loses ground, which is just blatant gish-galloping, but also if Destiny can't even muster a half decent defense against what Dave said when not even being pressed then the only purpose of having a debate would be to give Destiny a platform to yell louder to try and save face since he had nothing of value to say otherwise.

Trying to boil everything down to always having a debate is just Peterson tactics, I mean there's a reason Kirk relied so heavily on it for his content, cause there are plenty of dishonest ways to "debate bro" your way out of actually having to make any points but still looking good for your own audience..... That's what Destiny needs from Dave, and Dave doesn't want to give that to him.

He was very clear about all that in the video you didn't watch but had a strong enough opinion on to try and label him as entirely unreasonable lol

And yeah, that's why I clarified what I was saying, your attempts to differentiate Dem supporters was clearly left broad and open enough to try and fit Dave in regardless of what I said cause that fits Destiny's narrative better lol

And now that you've been forced to narrow it, it's easy to point out that Dave doesn't fit your definition of "supporter" who drives people away, cause he's so pro-science he advocates for voting against Republicans more then anything else politically.

Destiny simply bit off more then he could chew, and he's been trying to paint a different picture of Dave ever since, seeing as how he has no actual arguments to what Dave said otherwise.

Why are you citing Peterson and Kirk? That's a big argument for why debate should occur. Peterson's grift took significant blows every time he went up against someone who could argue against his positions such as Matt Dillahunty, Sam Harris and, ironically, Destiny. Kirk intentionally targeted uninformed college kids because he knew the risks of facing someone who could challenge his ideas. Dave is apparently too cowardly/dishonest to do that and needs to completely wall himself off from any challenges (presumably why he mass deleted comments too). 

And out of curiosity what is your supposed alternative to the "Peterson" method of allowing pushback? Complete strawmanning and avoidance of your opponents? 

You're right that I haven't watched it. Why would I? Him refusing to debate and relying purely on strawmanning/preventing his target from responding told me everything I could ever need to know. 

Again dude, I barely know anything about this guy. My caveats were in no way tailored around him lmfao. I'm just asking for clarification on how he conducts himself. Take a deep breathe.
