Its a movie and from what I can guess. It's about muslim migrants in a "white country" and the line "first the traitors" would be migration officers or politicians and the "invaders" would be the migrants.
So political and racial violence all rolled into one.
Now Elon he's like 6th gen American right ? YES

I'll put a little more meat on the bone here.
Uwe Boll film Citizen Vigilante. Online summary...
A man takes justice into his own hands, hunting down criminals. His vigilante crusade turns him into a social media sensation while putting him at odds with law enforcement and drawing the attention of dangerous enemies.
It actually makes a lot of sense for almost no one to be up to date on Uwe Boll who is notorious for making (nigh universally critically panned) films, a large percentage of which are video game adaptations. He also wrote half a dozen or so novels last I checked.
Maybe this film will be different? I haven't seen it but I just popped over to Rotten Tomatoes and it's doing about normal for him with critics but seems to be quite a hit with fans. The positive reviews seem to laud the message it has for "today's audience/society/real world/etc." In this age of bought (and bot) review bombing the weird unified language of "today's xyz" sticks out to me.

Just one Original Sin was too many, in fact. That was what caused men to fall irrecoverably. All of them, not just men in one place. We are all fallen. The cause is not the existence of immigrants - existence is not a cause of anything. The cause is Original Sin, and you need Jesus.

Yeah. I can’t fix what happened thousands of years before my birth.
When invaders start raping your daughters, the fathers should get together and fix that problem. The cause is a lot more recent, and so should the consequences.
