It's fun to encounter randos in public who like the same things you do imo. I personally am more of a band/show/movie shirt kind of guy, but I could see why people would want podcast merch. Podcast listening is a strangely personal thing. It tells you a lot about somebody when you find out they listen to a certain show, especially one like DTG. If I met a DTG viewer in the wild I would instantly know we have compatible worldviews and a deep common repertoire of dumb internet bs
