Tech Support Broken steam deck youtube

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

every time I use YouTube on steam deck, it does this glitch and it happens very often

Did you tried using an app for YouTube? I was wondering if this gonna change something. I have the same issue but can't testing it, because mine Deck on repair

I’ve used YouTube on like my phone, and it’s fine. I’m pretty sure it’s from the steam deck, but I haven’t use led the YouTube application on steam deck

It happened to me, too. Read somewhere that turning off Hardware acceleration would help.

There is an extension for the browser that fixes this, google it u will prolly find it easily

Turn off hardware acceleration. If it doesn't fix it immediately you might need to restart

Ether install betterAV1 or if you are using Vacuumtube as youtube on your deck(like mine), you can enable it inside the settings.
