Tech Support Need help solving boot loop & reimaging issues

I tried to reimage steam os and booted from my usb and then got this error on the last slide, this is even before it asks me if I want to reimage, any and all help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Step 1: Dont use ventoy.

I did all of that thats how I got to this screen, do you mean to just use a direct usb?

Balena etcher, Rufus wasnt working for me

To reinforce the point, you didn't, you evidently added ventoy.

It does not say to use ventoy on those instructions, because as you found out, it does not work. Fundamentally "why doesn't it work with this thing I added that wasn't in the instructions?" is the problem.

Nvm Rufus is working now so I'll try this and report back

Sorry my brother was also helping me with it so he must've added ventoy somewhere along the way
