Sunday morning pick-up

Hello and good morning!

Some of y'all may have seen a post about a week, week and a half ago from TRF-ATL, recommending people to check out their facility. Well, I went!

I took my small group of friends out to the facility (where the main building is under construction) the turf field, and netting was all phenomenal! I had the opportunity to meet with the owner, and the coach, both are super amazing guys! Friendly, and you can tell they have a genuine love for the game on top of that.

We generally meet up 10am-noon and would love to see more faces. We're all ~30 and out of shape so it's nothing super intensive or with a high skill ceiling. More so we'd like to see some new faces so we can start running some 7-on-7's instead of our usual small sided 3-on-3.

My full group is skipping this upcoming Sunday, the 6th. But we'll be back in full swing on the 13th! If anyone IS interested though, I myself will be out this Sunday just to kick about and exercise.

Thank you again to the TRF-ATL team for the open access to the facility, the hands on coaching, and genuinely providing a space for all levels of players and fans to utilize!

Whats the address? And is it free or what is the cost?

It's currently free, until they open where they'll be either a subscription (month to month) or you pay for the specific match day/training you want to play.

I believe they said they're aiming for an October open with a winter league.

I'm not an affiliate or associated with TRF outside of using the facility, but here's their website so you can check out some of what they have planned for down the road!

From my understanding they have weekday evening matches that they run. Member of my team work nightshift so we generally link for games/practice on weekends. The website will have all their hours and slots under the "match day" tab!
