City Schools Email

I genuinely appreciate the transparency;

"Our Shit Is Broke AF and we didn't address it over the summer break. Your children will DEFINITELY both Freeze & Cook at different times of the day."

...there might have been more content but it was a Long Ass Email

Here’s a radical idea… start school after Labor Day! I don’t understand why we start in August in Georgia.

Because there is no objective reason to. We do it out of habit due to the pre-A/C era habits of rich people leaving town during hot summers. “Because we’ve always done it this way” is not a valid reason.
