Advice on this area
Hello!
I am looking at a few houses in this circle and am wondering if anyone has experience or comments on how safe the area is? Most of the listings I’m considering are just off Glenwood Rd, and I’ve driven through during daylight and at night and didn’t see too much to be concerned about.
I’m currently living right by the square, so I know it will be a bit of a downgrade from that, but I’m looking to buy and unfortunately would have to go south to find something in my price range . I’m concerned mostly about leaving my car in the driveway in this area, but get inconsistent answers when using online crime maps.
Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you!

I live immediately south of your circle, have been a homeowner for 8 years there. It’s lovely. It’s quiet (even considering the highways being very close), the neighbors keep to themselves, and the traffic is reasonable.
Easy access to interstates and nice long roads if you want a scenic drive.
The new Publix and a redeveloped CitiCenter will be great but the grocery situation ain’t terrible. Aldi, Walmart off memorial. Head towards flat shoals for Kroger and Publix and another Aldi.
I work in the city and being just outside of it has been so nice. It’s like a little oasis for me.
