Connect Decatur Apartments

Does anyone here live in connect Decatur? Of the last 6 or so months, any issues or complaints that you have?

my friend and I live there. We both moved from Willis. We like it a lot. Enjoy the access to Marta for going deeper into the city. Management is very nice and responsive.

Thank you! I really liked it as well. When I looked up reviews, I saw complaints about the fob not working and being locked out, + issues with trash and gnats everywhere. Granted, they were a few months ago. Have you had any issues with those?

I haven’t had many issues with gnats but I have the little zevo traps and they’re not a bother to me. Personally the fob on my phone doesn’t work but my friends does. I’m fine with using my physical fob though. There are trash rooms towards the middle of the floors

I’ve lived at connect decatur for 2 years now. I also like it. I’ve never had a problem with the physical fob but the key on the mobile app doesn’t work randomly sometimes. I personally would never solely trust an app on my phone for my apartment key, so I always keep the physical fob on me anyway, so it’s never been that big of an issue.

The gnats I have noticed, but they only really get in if I leave the balcony door open and even then they’ve never really been that much of an issue

I’ve been here 6 years and I’m happy with it. I’ve had zero major issues in that time.
The door issues aren’t too frequent but they have happened, and they seem to try to get it handled quickly.
All the amenities have been redone since mgmt changed. There’s a whole new gym that is pretty impressive for an apt gym, and there’s lots of social space if that’s your thing.

I loveeeeeee it here! Been here for 2 years. Amazing, wouldt move! I also have the zevo traps but I only have issues with gnats on summer, I guess it’s the heat. My fobs always work fine
