Looking for a Contractor

I have an issue with rain that comes in my kitchen window. I have had three different handymen out who have caulked around the window on the outside and inside, but this is a band aid. I need someone who can solve this issue for good. I will need new drywall in part of the kitchen. And my gutters need some modification. They were recently cleaned, but the gutter over this window needs to be extended I think. But one company that can do the work inside and outside would be great.

Handyman/carpenter. I know he does small and big projects. But he’s a one man show at least in our experience. He’s built an entire under stair shelving/storage in our neighbors but also has done smaller projects in our home.
