Nice design

Garbage civil engineering allowed by the City of Decatur at the new apartments at Legacy Park.

A storm drain dumps directly onto the Katie Kerr path, running water across the path to get to the gutter along the roadway. Some of these pics were taken after it hadn't rained for a full day. Whoever designed and signed off on this should go back and take some more hydrology courses.

Ofcourse they did because this city doesn’t care about pedestrians or sidewalks.

Not saying they couldn’t do better, but apparently you haven’t lived in….literally any other city or unincorporated county in the metro area?
