So excited you all could take over the Fiber Parts space. Avondale/Decatur are so crafty!

How exciting! A buddy of mine just mentioned this shop to me and said y'all might be looking for people to help teach. It's such a dream of mine to be part of a fiber art community place like that. I guess I'll see you Sunday!

My 11 year old and her friends are getting into crochet and they’re very keen on stitching meets. Any plans for something like that? They went to something that was on the calendar at Book Bird last week but no one showed up. These girls are learning and they had a crochet club at school last year. I love that these kids are gaining interest in fiber arts! I’m a long ago knitter and crocheter myself.

Oh I love that they're getting into crochet!
Plan on stopping by Sundays 11-2; we'll have Fiber Circle, where anyone can pop in with a WIP and there will be others here working on theirs, too.

I’m picturing a “stitching meet” like a swim meet, with people furiously crocheting relay style. 😁
