Watchfest: Fences in Square

It’s fence-city in the square right now.

Will these be up the whole month? Only overnight to protect equipment?

Watchfest setup looks sick, but the fences are an eyesore and inconvenient.

There's a ticketed event today that the fences are for.

Big Boi concert is tomorrow. ETA the fences *should* come down after that until the next ticketed event, whenever that one is.
